Rider-Waite-Smith, Thoth and Tarot de Marseille are not interchangeable skins on the same deck. They come with different visual languages and study traditions.
Rider-Waite-Smith
Usually the easiest starting point for English-language beginners because the Minor Arcana is fully illustrated and modern teaching resources are abundant.
Thoth
Dense with astrological, Qabalistic and Thelemic symbolism. Rewarding for a motivated learner, but more demanding if you want a simple first deck.
Marseille
A historic family of decks with mostly pip-style Minor Arcana. It encourages numerological, suit-based and visual methods that differ from modern RWS keyword reading.
